21jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
Players who believe that 21jl has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licence conditions may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
